Junior Attorney
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in both commercial litigation and transnational work
- Exemplary legal research and writing abilities
- Experienced in drafting pleadings and motions
- Equipped to manage discovery and deposition preparation, and be comfortable making court appearances
- Drafting and review of various contractual agreements, and have some experience with commercial lease review and drafting, along with commercial purchase agreements
- Attorney must be admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey.
- Attorney must be familiar with NJ Rules of Court, NY State Rules and Federal Rules of Practice.
- Attorney must be a team player and have the ability to work creatively and with initiative.
